Take the time to focus on your body and mind with this friendly and inclusive yoga class. Every week is different, but you'll always get a rounded class with a warm-up, flow, standing and seated postures, plus variations to suit different levels.

£8 per class or save by booking both August classes for £15.

**Please note:** There is no class on Monday 11th and Monday 25th August.

Have you completed a health and emergency contact form? If not, Catherine will email this to you for completion before you attend your first class.

This mindful class will gently build strength, stability and flexibility, through yoga poses, slow flows and supported balances. It will always include a careful warm-up and an all-important closing relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed, present and connected in body and mind.

It's perfect if you're new to yoga, returning to yoga or looking for a gentle practice – for example if you are in later life, recovering from injury, have a chronic health condition or simply enjoy a slower class.
