Take the time to focus on your body and mind with this friendly and inclusive yoga class. In October, as we move into autumn, we’ll be inspired by the theme of letting go, as the trees release their leaves, with a focus on forward folds, twists and breathwork. If you can only attend one or two sessions, don’t worry – you’ll still get a rounded class with a warm-up, flow, standing and seated postures, plus variations to suit…
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins in order to get settled.
You'll need a yoga mat, plus cosy gear for the relaxation – I recommend a jumper and socks. If it’s a warm day, please bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
