Take the time to focus on your body and mind with this friendly and inclusive yoga class. In January, as we start the new year, we'll be focusing on self-study – noticing and connecting to ourselves through our yoga practice. If you can only attend one session, don’t worry – you’ll still get a rounded class with a warm-up, flow, standing and seated postures, plus variations to suit different levels.
