This mindful class will gently build strength, stability and flexibility, through yoga poses, slow flows and supported balances. It will always include a careful warm-up and an all-important closing relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed, present and connected in body and mind.
It's perfect if you're new to yoga, returning to yoga or looking for a gentle practice – for example if you are in later life, recovering from injury, have a chronic health condition or simply enjoy a slower class.

You'll need a yoga mat, plus cosy gear for the closing relaxation – I recommend a jumper and socks. If it’s a warm day, please bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
